Bio

is a multiracial actor and writer who has trained at Playwrights Horizons and Atlantic Acting School through NYU Tisch. She grew up as an only child in Flint and Burton, Michigan. For that reason, her imagination was as huge and varied as Michigan itself. Still, she always found the time to express herself through acting, singing and dance. And it’s all Santa Claus' fault! If Santa hadn't left that copy of High School Musical 2 under the tree, which Senia played so many times, she broke the TV…. three times!

All kidding aside, High School Musical 2 opened the doors to Senia’s love of the classics in the musical theater canon such as Annie and The Wiz. And soon her childhood love of performing turned into something stronger - a passion of telling stories unlike hers and sharing intimate stories of the human experience.

In recent years, she’s also found new ways of exploring her passion through writing, exploring themes of race, femininity, and class. When not being a creative person, she enjoys tutoring kids, being a cat owner to her amazing cats, Silver and Phantom, and watching movies with her friends and family.
